Visit- and other card
sizes
Difficult problem to
decise what type/size enough important to include it the table. Around
the turn of the XIX/ XX century the amount of the several sizes/names
are expanded in the market, but not enough clear (at least for me)
which versions where used really in the practice and what types where
only available products...
